How should I attract a girl I really like?

I have a crush on the girl in high school. She doesn’t even know me. Maybe she knows my name but that’s it. She only spoke to me once. But I love her. And I want her to notice me. I’m very tan and have facial hair. Do u think facial hair does NOT attract females or does it?
