What kind of woman would really attract this kind of guy?

Nice, very quiet/shy guy. He’s helpful. A county boy, church boy, likes fishing racing and hunting. He is very “normal” and very private. He is also a single father.
He will start a conversation with me and after I talk he just doesn’t say anything else.
