Get Laid Tips

I am 25 and have recently figured that I am not attracted to girls my age anymore…not sure why. I am really into women in their 30s and 40s, but I am SCARED TO DEATH to approach a woman in that age range for fear that I may not be taken seriously when asking for her number or trying to ask for a date. I am always in awe of these guys my age who know how to get an older woman to be interested in them .

Anyone have tips on ways to meet older women, ask for their number, and possibly get a date. Whats the secret LOL? I know this question seems silly but I need help!
