Ladies: Is it true that younger women find older men attractive?

Is it true that younger women find older grey haired men sexually attractive? A young lady I know has slept with many older guys and she said she finds them more attractive than younger men. I can’t get anywhere with her. Maybe I’ll dye my hair grey. This is for young women, not teenage girls.
