I recently got back from college and I definitely let loose while I was there. At first I was looking for a relationship. But then I came to the realization that NO freshman guy is looking for a relationship in college. So i went to the next best thing…friends with benefits. That didn’t work out either. I went about doing it all wrong. I’d sleep with him then keep sleeping with him…thats a booty call. So now that I’m back home the LAST thing I want is just a booty call. I slept with 8 guys all together that first semester and I am NOT proud at all. It’s embarassing.

So anyways there is this guy that my friend’s boyfriend introduced me to named Daniel. He’s like a nerdy cute and he seems different than the other guys back at college. [But that’s what I said about each new guy I would start “talking to” at college so who knows.]

At first when we met we were with a group. Then the next time we hung out it was me, Daniel, my friend, and my friends bf. So it was more like a double date. While watching a movie we were cuddling and he seemed to be into me!

After that night, he IMed me and wrote on my wall on facebook asking what I was up to that coming weekend. I interpreted that as if he wanted to hang out. So after a conversation that didn’t end up leading to him asking to chill, I sent him my number over a message with a smiley face. I didnt hear from him for a week after that. So I convinced myself that he wasnt interested and just didnt talk to him.

This week he started talking to me again and now we have plans to hang out this Saturday. He said he would call me later this week. I’ve decided I am going to let him make all the moves.

His friend told me last night that he has never had a relationship (he’s 19). He’s had hook ups and “a thing” with girls but never an official relationship. Call me bold, but I wanna change that! He seems dateable. And it seems hes made up his mind that he just wants to mess around and HOPEFULLY hang out too. I need some ideas on how to make him fall for me. I know I can’t MAKE him but I need some help. I can’t be another booty call. And in my book, there are no such things as friends with benefits. But if that’s all he wants then how could I also be a friend and not just the benefit part?

Basically, what do guys like in girls friend-wise? But how can I also be seen as more than a friend?
