Get Laid Tips

I have had 3 dreams where I don’t say much to the girl that I’m with because I don’t know what to say or talk about while hanging out. I have the same problem in real life(other than my dreams) and don’t know what to do improve in this problem. What can I do to start conversations with different girls my age without getting them bored or stuck?
btw I am 20.
