This is a good starting point for people who want core strength, defined abs, and more core stability. The Routine: -90 Degree crunches (front part of Abs) -Chrunch Variation (Oblikes , as well as front and bottum part of abs) -Leg lifts (Primarily bottom part and “V” taper -bicycle (Whole Ab region but primarily obliques) Do 8-20 reps for each exercise. Your goal should be to aim for failure (untill you can’t do anymore). You’ll know if your doing the exercise correctly if you feel an acute burn in your Abdominal region after the exercise.
