Y&R The Young and the Restless Billy and Victoria scenes: Billy and Vikki are both at Crimson Lights. She says she’s going to Rafe’s party, and he offers her a ride. She declines, not wanting people to talk. Abby strolls in and blurts, “Oh, so the rumors are true, you are dating!” Vikki shakes her head and leaves. Billy asks Abby what she wants. She says nothing, and then looks at the wedding video on her phone. At Mac’s bar, Victoria wanders over to Mac, who doesn’t want any problems with her, assuring Vikki that her feelings for JT are in the past. Victoria snidely says, “Could have fooled me.” Vikki then rolls her eyes as she hears Billy flirting with Heather nearby. Heather moves across the room to try to get in on a game with Chance and Chloe, who tells her it’s a two person game. Abby arrives at Rafe’s party with a camera crew in tow, but Mac kicks them out. Abby tells her partner she still has a hidden camera in her purse! Victoria teases Billy about flirting with Heather. JT asks Mac if she meant what she said to Victoria. Mac admits she was unsure of how to handle it. JT smiles, suggesting they take it slowly. Chloe chats with Abby, who sells her great idea. Chloe notices Heather and Chance coming in from outside, and Chloe demands to know if Heather is hitting on her boyfriend! Heather asks mockingly if he’s forbidden from talking to women he works with. Billy pulls Chloe away to calm her. She admits she is scared. Billy says she’s freaking out for nothing …
