How does a girl attract a guy???????Guys answer PLEASE!?

So I read somewhere that if you whistle once and a while it is proven to attract guys. I just need to find out some more little things like that. Or I need things to say like conversation starters. How do you make them want you to talk to you all the time and really like you.
