How to talk to a hot girl?

ok, Im in 9th grade, im 14 years old. I want to make friends with hotter girls, but its hard for me to talk to them. Ive done it b4, but I like get nervous and break out into a coldsweat(it feels like it) but it goes away fast. I even have trouble findinng the right time to say something or what to say, like the icebreaker, how to start a conversation with a hot girl?
