Where do you meet girls that are actually relationship material?

Don’t say frat parties or night clubs..like many of the girls I meet there are total sluts. It is just disgusting seeing how many guys some of these girls hook up with in one night. That is not girlfriend material to me.
Don’t say churches/temples/or any religious institutes because I am not religious and would get annoyed with an overly religious girl after some time.
