Get Laid Tips

I’m not very self confident and I have a lot of trouble talking to girls that I like because I’m afraid I’ll mess something up or they will think I’m ugly. I avoid mirrors because I hate seeing myself because I can always pull out the bad things in me, and I just need help growing my self confidence and learning how to get better at talking to girls. Please Help me
