Anyone know the best bars and clubs to pick up women in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens?

Looking for specific places, not just “walk down second ave. and check out bars there”. There are 100,000 bars in NYC, I don’t have time for ’em all.

Looking more for the type of place where older (late 20’s-late 30s) women hang out who know what they want, not some trendy place where spoiled baby girls go to meet lexus-driving cash-flashing “cool” guys, as seems to be the theme at soooo many clubs.

Also, best hours to go to said places, in anyone’s experience?
