Get Laid Tips

I know sexual tension makes you anxious and i have pretty strong sexual tension with this girl. I have loads of anxiety issues and my biggest fear is of knives.
I always think of knives when im feeling pretty anxious and i think im going to get attacked 🙁
Could it be sexual tension doing this, with the anxiety it brings?
